The app shows the token cost before you start a generation because the price can vary by tool, model, duration, quality, and selected settings. Subscription tokens refresh at the start of each billing period, and unused subscription tokens do not carry over.

Photomize is a multi-tool AI studio. You can create personalized AI photo shoots with a trained model, generate standalone images from prompts, edit photos with Nano Banana, make videos, generate music, create voice audio, and manage all results from the studio galleries.

Choose the tool that matches the result you want, enter a prompt or select a ready-made use case, add any required reference files, review the settings and token cost, then start generation. Finished photos, videos, music, and voice files appear in the relevant gallery when processing is complete.

No. A personalized AI model is only needed for photographer-style photo shoots where the generated photos should look like a specific person. Image generation, Nano Banana editing, video, music, and voice tools can be used without training a personal photo model.

Use Image Generator when you want to create a new image from a text prompt, such as a product visual, concept art, poster, landscape, character, or social media asset. It does not require uploading training photos or creating a personal model.

Nano Banana is the photo editing flow for transforming an existing image. Upload or choose a photo, describe the change you want, and use it for tasks such as retouching, restyling, changing details, or creating a new version from the original.

Video Maker lets you create videos from text prompts, images, and supported reference media. Available settings depend on the selected model, so options like aspect ratio, duration, and reference uploads may vary.

Yes. Music Creator is for generating songs or instrumental tracks from prompts and settings. Voice Creator is for turning text into spoken audio with available voice and language options.

Photo shoots use your trained model to create consistent portraits of the same person in selected scenarios. The image generator creates new images from prompts without a personal model, Nano Banana edits an existing photo, and the video, music, and voice tools produce media in their own dedicated workflows.

To create your personalized AI model, you need to upload a minimum of 10 photos. The more diverse photos you provide, the better and more versatile the generation results will be. We recommend choosing good quality photos showing you in different poses and lighting.

Generation time depends on the selected tool, model, queue load, uploaded references, video duration, and output quality. Some images or edits finish in minutes, while model training and longer video or audio jobs can take more time. You can leave the screen and come back to the gallery later.

Tokens are Photomize's internal generation credits. You can get them through a subscription, buy token packs when available, or earn them through referral and affiliate programs. Your wallet shows the current balance and transaction history.

Yes. Use Nano Banana or the photo editor tools to transform existing images and generated results. For new generations, you can usually refine the prompt, choose another model or use case, adjust supported settings, and generate a new version.

Generated photos, images, videos, music, and voice outputs can be used for private or commercial projects according to our terms of service. Make sure you have the rights to any prompts, reference files, people, brands, or source materials you provide.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more tokens and better benefits. The price difference will be prorated. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to all premium features and your new token allowance. You can also downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.

Our users' data security is our priority. We use advanced encryption methods to store photos and personal data. Our servers are secured according to the highest industry standards, and data access is strictly controlled.

Due to the nature of our services, which require significant computational resources for AI model creation and photo generation, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to try our free trial or basic package to familiarize yourself with our app's capabilities before purchasing more tokens.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Photomize app, send a request to: support@photomize.ai with the subject "Request for personal data deletion." In the message, provide the email address associated with your account and confirm that you wish to permanently delete all your data.

What data will be deleted:
• All photos you have uploaded
• Your personalized AI models
• All generated photos and sessions
• Account data (profile, settings)
• Transaction and token usage history

Data retained for legal reasons:
• Basic billing data may be retained for the period required by tax regulations (up to 5 years)
• Security logs in anonymous form (non-identifiable)

Time frame: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request. You will receive email confirmation once the deletion process is completed.
